    You are invited to the life-long study of Yoga, Movement, Breath & Awareness w/Norman

  • • Two, 4" Yoga Blocks (or well, 2 rolls of toilet paper can work!)

    • A sturdy chair

    • Optional - A Yoga Mat

    • You'll want a quiet place and some spacious time when you can watch Norman on your device on your own schedule in our school. We generally give people 8 weeks to complete this 4-week program.

    • And, for those who will meet with us 1:1 or in small groups online, you'll need a space and a camera-enabled device connected to the internet that will allow you to work undisturbed on Zoom.
