Cultivate uniformity of awareness in our sensorium - as we listen to life, we listen to life’s inputs from a whole body awareness.
We can control pain this way. We can cultivate quiet, calm, and balance this way. We can take anxiety that we find in one place in our body and share it with whole body awareness.
As I say “root” or other place to draw your awareness there, then see if a slight part of you can stay with your whole body.
Listen to that part from whole body awareness – we’re saying, “arm, you’re not alone, you’re in a whole body.” And we say, ‘whole body, you’re not alone, you’ve got all these parts to support you and a whole universe around you”.
