My Letter to You
It's been a while since I wrote to you directly. You might be surprised to hear that I'm an introvert. That means that I get juiced up by mostly individual, personal connections. So, unless you're one of the folks who come into the studio regularly for appointments or classes, the fact that you and I are not with each other like we used to be before covid, strains my heart strings.
And yet, it's been a beautiful growth experience for me and my work. So please know that I miss you. And know that I've been able to dive into some of the deepest and most revolutionary aspects of my work, which I'm so grateful we can record during a live class and bring to you any time. I want to let you know what I'm planning in the Fall and the coming year. And I sincerely hope you'll jump in with me in some or all of what's coming up. I've described it below for you.

(Continuing Mondays 12:15-1:15 MT & Saturdays 10:30-11:30 MT)
On Mondays and Saturdays we're adding some new concepts:
A. Whole-Body Breathing
B. Variations on the 6 Keys of Self-Regulation
C. and The Energy Dance
(see descriptions below)
This program will include some of the best neck low back and core strategies for health and maintenance you can find anywhere. And of course, we'll continue to cultivate the health and wellbeing of your whole body, using therapeutic and preventative practices. Along with these 3 enhancements described below, we will continue to enjoy the YMBA you have come to know and love.

A . Whole-Body Breathing
I introduce you to many individual breath spaces in the body and ultimately integrate them into the body as a whole, particularly along the central core from your sacrum to your occiput.
Using all our Hierarchy of Movement Principles, we will enjoy a unique and eye-opening breath exploration into toning from our core then expanding outward to the whole body.
Stimulating and freeing the energetic and connected flow of our Chakras (which are very important anatomical regions) and creating a deep and rich inner calm. This will be a powerful regulating tool for the Autonomic nervous system.
B. Variations on the 6 Keys to Self-Regulation (6KSR) Flow
Variations means that we will integrate key, popular, highly effective and enjoyable parts of the self-regulation flow into the YMBA format.
Including a unique way of working on our head, neck and cranial bones which is incredible for your posture and addresses headaches! (This is great preparation for the new 6KSR coming in January! See below coming in January)
C. The Energy Dance
We’re enhancing YMBA with another way to integrate self-regulation ~ this is a creative, weight bearing focus on strength, balance, and awareness. The focus of this standing flow will be on the central channel of your body.

Continuing on Wednesdays and Friday 12:15-1:15 MT
If you're already studying Self-Reg and Saturation with me, we will continue our explorations together. Anyone who completes the 6 Keys to Self-Regulation Program that begins in January (details coming) will be able to join this continuing practice and in-depth study.
