The "5-Minute Run"

A study found running for as little as 5-10 minutes per day can provide significant health benefits, including a lower risk of death from all causes and cardiovascular disease. The study followed over 55,000 adults for 15 years. The findings suggest that even a small amount of running can be beneficial for overall health.
